Coon Balls Recipe

Love coon balls in Louisiana!

Coon Balls aren't really a Cajun food (I guess), but we haven't met a Cajun yet that doesn't love them. We like to make Coon Balls as an appetizer whenever a lot of family or friends are coming over. We haven't had a get together yet where the Coon Balls didn't disappear within minutes!

No, this Coon Balls recipe has nothing to do with real coons. Actually, we have no idea how it got its name. If you know, will you tell us? We hope that you enjoy this Coon Balls recipe. Our families have for many years now.
