Maque Choux Recipes

Love maque choux in Louisiana!

Maque choux is a Cajun food that has a heavy Native Indian influence due to the corn that is used with it. It is believed that the Indians had a similar recipe, and that the Cajuns added to it. Maque choux is usually served as a side dish, but it can also be used as a focal point of a main dish. If you have never tried maque choux, we highly recommend that you give it a try. It's really good!
